Return & Refund Policy

If it doesn’t fit, isn’t right, or you just aren’t totally in love with it, don’t worry. Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you’d like help finding the right item, feel free to reach out via phone at (888) 885-6876 (Tuesday–Friday, 10am–6pm EST) or email support@starsora.com.

Eligible for Returns/Exchanges:

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Original Condition – The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  2. Original Tags & Packaging – All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.

  3. No Alterations – The product must not be altered, modified, or cut in any way.

Final Sale:

  • Underwear, bottoms, bodysuits, and swimwear.
  • Items on sale

We may refuse returns or exchanges on items that show signs of being worn. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for price adjustments.

No refunds are given for shipping on returns or exchanges. Please keep proof of return shipment.

All orders placed between December 1 and December 31 qualify for extended returns within 30 days. Orders placed after December 31 follow the standard 14-day return policy.

How to Make a Return

  • 1. Indicate whether you'd like a refund or store credit (issued as a gift card usable online or in-app)
  • 2. Package your return securely in a corrugated box or padded mailer
  • 3. Attach the prepaid USPS/UPS return label and drop it off at your nearest shipping center (note: we cannot provide labels for international orders)
  • Once received, please allow up to 10 business days to process your return. During holidays, this may take 2–3 extra business days. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund or store credit is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the item you want to ensure it doesn’t sell out. Once your return is received, you’ll be refunded for the original purchase within 10 business days (allow 2–3 extra days during holidays).

If your original purchase used a promo code, we’re happy to honor it again for an even exchange—just contact customer support.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error
  • Items must be packaged adequately to avoid damage during transit
  • If you used a discount code, we’ll honor it again for an even exchange (same item, different color/size)
  • We can tell if it was worn. Really.
